This ‘Sunrise Edition’ model is just £3,000 more than our standard model and features ‘Aqua Blue’ PVC Cladding, Graphite window frames and extra floor insulation. Regardless of this you can still choose from a range of cladding and window colours whichever option you decide to go for.
The living space is open plan with freestanding furniture included in the price, two big comfy sofas and dining suite. The lounge is a great size, with entertainment unit, electric fire and front opening patio doors.
The kitchen and dining area has a great layout, offering plenty of space and storage, plus integrated appliances.
Down the hall you have 2 bedrooms; a twin room with single beds, lockers and wardrobe, and an impressive full width master bedroom with large wardrobes, lockers and an en-suite W.C.
Back across the hall you have the main shower room with a fully enclosed shower, toilet and vanity sink.
