This is our Sunrise Lodge Superior, made brand new for us by one of the biggest manufacturers in the UK, with 35 years experience in the mobile home industry, we know we are in good hands, and so can you!
We have a range of lodges available on our show ground for immediate delivery or you can place a new order which will take approximately 2-3 months.
The Sunrise Lodge ‘Superior’ is a very generous size home at 41ft long x 14ft wide with 3 spacious bedrooms. The Sunrise Lodge ‘Superior’ comes fully fitted with everything you need, from the living room furniture, to kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, en-suite and beds.
The Sunrise Lodge range are all fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, full gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. This model pictured is finished with stunning ‘Tawny’ PVC cladding and ‘Golden Oak’ windows. When ordering a new build you have a choice of external cladding colours available with up to 10yr warranty.
The living space is very generous, semi open plan with plenty of windows flooding the room with light. The living and dining suite are all included, plus flame effect electric fire, storage and reinforced wall with points for TV and HDMI.
The kitchen and dining area continues to impress, with lots of work space and cupboards, huge American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, integrated washer/ dryer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob with extractor fan.
Down the hall you have the bedrooms; starting with a large single room, with freestanding full size single bed, mattress, radiators, wardrobes & drawers. Across the hall a twin room with 2 single beds and wardrobe storage. Then a larger master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, large mirrored wardrobe, even an en-suite!
Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, another good sized room with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator.
