Description
We’re excited to introduce a new model to our famous range of ‘Sunrise Lodges’, this is the Saffron Deluxe ‘Wheelchair Friendly’ Lodge!
The living space is open plan with freestanding furniture included in the price, two big comfy sofas and dining suite.
The gally kitchen offers plenty of space and storage, plus integrated appliances.
Down the hall you have 2 bedrooms; a large twin room with single beds, lockers and wardrobe, and an impressive full width master bedroom with large wardrobes, lockers, a high level dressing table and En-suite (Jack & Jill style!)
Back across the hall you have a large ‘wet’ shower room with toilet, grab rails and vanity sink.
Upgrade to the ‘Sunrise Edition’ model for just £2,000 more, which upgrades your underfloor insulation to 100mm boxed fibreglass and cladding style upgrade as pictured. Regardless of this upgrade you can still choose from a range of cladding and window colours to suit any environment.
If you have any questions about this home, any others on our website or would like to arrange a visit to our showground, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help!
