The journey to finding the perfect caravan on the perfect park is indeed a bumpy one! What most people don’t know is that about 90% of parks in the UK do not allow you to buy elsewhere, all of our caravans are off-site, so the prices are about halved, if you are looking for a holiday home on a park in most cases you’re best to go to the parks themselves.
However, we deal with a few sites in the South East who will accept bring on’s. And one little slice of paradise in Portugal! Once you’ve chosen one of our holiday homes, we take care of getting the home delivered, sited, connected and ready for you to use straight away.
In most cases, there are extra charges when taking a caravan onto a park for; siting, levelling, connections, certifications, steps, gas bottles, commission to park etc, so please let us know which park interests you and we can go into more detail.

We are pleased to announce our first franchise at Saddlebrook Chase Caravan Park! Sunrise Holiday Homes are now the exclusive suppliers for new & used Static Caravans at this beautifully maintained, owners-only holiday park in the Essex countryside, which is still only 5 minutes from the sea!
At Saddlebrook Chase you’ll find yourself in the right location for just about anything, from the famous seaside resort Clacton-on-sea just down the road, to the quaintness of Frinton-on-sea just 15 minutes away, archaeological areas of interest in Walton-on-Naze, shopping in Colchester and so much more.
Saddlebrook Chase is exclusively owners, so you always know your neighbour and there’s a great community feel. On site there is a clubhouse with a bar, live entertainment, karaoke and more, also a café and hair salon. The park is well maintained and peaceful, surrounded by country fields for rambling, and of course we’re dog friendly!
The park bring on fee is £5,000 and this includes the following:- Caravan Installation, connections to services, certifications, gas bottle, TV aerial, siting, steps and chain down. This price should be added to any home you choose from us.
Electric is metered as used per quarter, please enquire within for caravan insurance
The site fees which can be paid in installments total to £2,677.48 including general rates & VAT.
The season runs from 1st March to 15 Jan – opening for 10 ½ months
