About The Pemberton Brand

In the Pemberton district of Wigan in the 1940s, Pemberton began manufacturing static caravans. Over the years as the company grew and expanded, they remained at the forefront of developing innovative and dynamic holiday home design concepts.

In the 1980’s, after identifying a need in the market for diverse and accessible caravans, Pemberton was one of the first to manufacture 12ft wide models as well as developing units specifically designed for wheelchair users and people with special needs.

Pemberton were also one of the first caravan manufacturers to offer a full range of models suitable for extended seasonal use thanks to increased insulation, double glazing and central heating. In the 1990s Pemberton continued to extend the boundaries of caravan design with the introduction of 13ft and 14ft wide models that continue to be popular even now.

Pemberton Caravans are renowned for their sturdiness and long-lasting build quality with many 30-40-year-old units still in great condition and continuing to be enjoyed by their owners.
