Year Round Static Caravans
It might sound obvious but if a mobile home or static caravan is going to be used during the colder months of the year, or inhabited full time then it needs to be constructed of suitably stronger, long-lasting materials with appropriate insulation. Residential lodges, lodges that are ‘winterised’ or have a ‘winter pack’ on them will be resilient against the colder temperatures and allow for year round use and permanent residence.
Static caravans, lodges and residential homes that are suitable for occupation year round will be built to residential specification – BS 3632 and include things;
