We bought this about 4 years ago from a classic caravan specialist (Phoenix Caravans in Devon) in immaculate condition; apparently this had just 1 owner from new before us who was known personally by the Thomson family.
At approximately 12ft long and 7ft wide it’s a beautiful space to holiday in, we have enjoyed countless weekends in ‘Sprinkles’ and never had any problems on the road. She tows wonderfully and doesn’t weight much, but has all the mod cons inside!
The furniture, carpets & curtains are all original with absolutely no signs of wear and tear (we’ve kept them covered!), the seating converts into a very comfy bed, it has lots of storage; overhead lockers, shelves, drawers, pantry and a wardrobe. Also next to the kitchen is a toilet room with the dining table stored (this slots onto the drawers in-between the seating). The kitchen has a pumped tap from external tank, nice and simple and less to go wrong with sink and drainer. It has a working gas hob and grill, my wife has cooked up a storm of English breakfasts in here! It also has a gas fire and even gas lamps; and they all work!
The only work I’ve done since I bought her is that paintjob; 60’s Jaguar British racing green and Jaguar Old English white (cream). The side rails need sanding and staining (will take 10 minutes as the varnish has been there since the 60s!) but for the exterior this is it.
Inside by the kitchen (pictured) is the one spot we had a bit of water coming in last year, this has since been sealed and rained on… A LOT! No more leaks 😉 I’ve also pictured the front corner, this has never been damp since we’ve owned it, just an old problem but I want to show everything, and lastly the top of the drawers could do with a sand down and re-stain.
And that’s it! She’s an extremely rare model, especially with the condition. I am open to SENSIBLE offers, please do not insult me or this little caravan! This needs and deserves a loving home, I am only selling as we’ve recently converted a Luton into a rustic camper and the proceeds will help me finish it.
Any questions; just ask!
