Looking for an annexe in the garden?

Here we are advertising on behalf of a client of ours; a rarely available ‘Kingfisher’ twin unit from the most sought after manufacturer in the industry Omar Mobile Homes.

This model is built to BS3632 full residential specification, and as to be expected with Omar it has aged incredibly well, even the external cladding is in exceptional condition, and of course it’s dry as bone throughout, with no leaks or damp. They really are built to last a lifetime.

Through the main front door you step into the dining area, a generous space with plenty of windows, radiator, and wood effect laminate flooring leading to a large and light living room with front doors, large windows all round with blinds, also a large sideboard and a feature fireplace. All rooms throughout have radiator central heating.

Back past the dining area you have a large well fitted kitchen; with plenty of work space, storage cupboards, gas oven & hob, and a fully integrated fridge/freezer, this is a kitchen fit for any cook! And all presented in very good order.

Back through the lounge to a central hallway you have 2 large double bedrooms; the second bedroom currently has a double bed and various storage units, once empty this is a deceptively large room!
