Here we have a very reasonably priced Atlas Amethyst, a desirable model built to a decent spec with the added benefit of double glazing & gas central heating, meaning this unit is suitable for year round use.

The lounge is a lovely open space, full of space and light thanks to the panoramic windows, you could even put in some front French Doors (we can do this just ask for a quote!). Plenty of space here for your own suite, spot for TV over the electric fire, plus various storage options including a sideboard.

The kitchen and dining area continue to impress, with ample space for cooking, serving and eating. Enjoy a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances included (we will pop a fridge freezer in there too!).

Down the hall you have 2 good sized bedrooms; a twin room with one large single bed (could fit double) plus wardrobes and lockers. Then a large full width master bedroom with double bed, lots of storage, wardrobes, full vanity unit, and door leading to the main bathroom (Jack & Jill en-suite).

The main bathroom again is a very nice size, with a large enclosed shower, vanity sink and toilet. Then just next door you have a separate toilet with hand basin and cupboard housing boiler.
