  • Exterior and Utilities

This high spec lodge is finished in the stunning new ‘Acadia’ low maintenance CanExel environmental cladding that comes with a 10-year warranty. On new orders, customers can choose from a wide range of great cladding colours and finishes to give your lodge the exact look you were hoping for.

Not only is this lodge built to residential specification but its also energy efficient with white PVCu double glazed windows and doors, a fully galvanised chassis and central heating with a high efficiency condensing combi boiler and well-placed radiators throughout to deliver effective heating year-round. This lodge also boasts clever ‘Trace Heating’, an effective system which helps to prevent mobile home pipes from freezing during the cold winter months.

You can enter the main living area from the front opening patio doors with triple aspect windows that provide lots of natural light and the ability to make the most of the outdoors and pleasant views. Modern and spacious, the open plan living area and kitchen diner provides plenty of room to relax and socialise with family and friends.

The living room features comfortable and stylish freestanding sofas, a log effect fireplace with contemporary wall surround, a TV unit, coffee table and ceiling mounted speakers.

  • Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen has been cleverly planned down to the last detail to utilise every inch of space and provide plenty of surface area for cooking and heaps of storage for food, utensils and crockery. This stylish kitchen includes integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and a designer tap. This Elite version also features a Velux window above the sink area – providing the room with an abundance of natural light.

In the dining area there is a freestanding dining table with upholstered chairs as well as a built-in welsh dresser for further storage and a great area to accessorise and really make the place your own.

  • Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Down the hall there are 2 large bedrooms; a twin room and the master suite.

The master bedroom is unrivalled and boasts more space and storage then most people have at home. This exceptional room features a king size bed with lift-up storage, an upholstered headboard and side tables built into a stylish back wall with shelves and lighting, a dressing table with vanity mirror and stool and tallboy drawer unit.

There is a door either side of the bed, one that leads to a large walk in wardrobe and the other an en-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity sink, storage cabinets, a chrome towel rail and ¾ sized bath with thermostatic shower. The bath can be changed to a shower upon request if preferred.

The twin room includes two single beds (or a double) as well as wardrobes, overhead shelves and lockers, a bed side table and a mirror. The main bathroom is spacious and functional with a toilet, vanity sink, mirror and a large enclosed shower with thermostatic controls.
