Most of our models are available now, whereas a new or bespoke order will take approximately 3-5 months. If there are some options you don’t like, please browse our others models as we have many variants for sale.
The model on show is our newest addition to the range; The Sunrise Lodge Deluxe Super, a generous size at 40ft x 13ft (internal measurement) with 2 or 3 beds. The 2 bed version as pictured, comes fully fitted with everything you need, from the living room furniture, to kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, en-suite and beds. We can also provide it unfurnished if you wish.
The lodges are fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, full gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. This model is finished with stunning real timber cladding, which adds heavily to its winter pack. Alternatively, you can choose from a range of colours in CanExel cladding, a low maintenance, high quality wood effect siding with 10yr warranty. You can even choose your windows; the beautiful Golden Oak effect windows compliment this cladding nicely.
The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front opening French doors. You have a full living and dining suite included, with a stunning fire bowl heater and stone cast surround. Throughout the space you have fitted radiators, as well as a reinforced wall with upper and lower points for TV & HDMI.
The kitchen is very impressive with lots of workspace and cupboards, low level spotlights, integrated large fridge freezer, washer/ dryer and oven & hob with extractor fan. All wood throughout from here is finished in stunning Italian Molina and cream gloss. You can choose to have just Molina without the gloss if you prefer, it’s pictured on one of our other models.
Down the hall you have the bedroom; one twin roomswith freestanding single beds, mattresses, radiators, storage lockers and wardrobes. Then a larger master bedroom with freestanding double bed, bedside tables, ample fitted wardrobes with dressing area and radiator heating,
Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, a very good sized room with a full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator. You can also choose a shower option with a large fully enclosed shower and shallow tray.
