The Sunrise Original Lodge
This bright, open plan lodge provides everything you could need from a mobile home all under one roof. Safe, secure and built to last, the model featured here is the 2 bedroom 38ft x 12ft (internal measurements) and boasts a wide range of desirable fixtures and mod-cons for ultimate comfort.
Entering through the large front opening French doors is a bright, open plan living area with lots of windows that provides a relaxing and sociable space to entertain friends and family or just relax.
There’s a wall mounted electric fire, a reinforced wall with TV points, fitted radiators and modern spotlights on the ceiling. The living room as it stands is unfurnished so that you can really make it your own but if you would like it to be furnished for you then this can be done at an additional agreed upon charge.
The Kitchen is well equiped with, Large integrated fridge/freezer, Oven with extractor fan, Stainless steel sink and an Integrated washer/dryer
Down the hall there are two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The master bedroom features an impressive freestanding king size bed and mattress, not one but two extra deep, built-in double wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a 3 drawer unit and even your own en-suite toilet with WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and mirror unit.
Across the hall in the twin room there are 2 freestanding single beds with mattresses, a bedside table and fitted storage.
The main bathroom contains a full sized bath with overhead shower and screen, a toilet, vanity basin with storage and a heated towel rail.
